As Co-Owner of Croft Builders Hardware, Dustin brings more than a decade of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the shutter hardware industry. He joined the family business in 2012, learning its operations from the ground up and developing a strong understanding of both the products and the customers the company serves.

Today, Dustin oversees the day-to-day office operations while continuing to work directly with customers. Strong time-management and organizational skills help him keep the business running efficiently while ensuring customers receive the attention, responsiveness, and solutions they deserve.

Customer satisfaction is at the heart of Dustin’s approach. He believes lasting relationships start with listening, understanding each customer’s needs, and following through with dependable service. Becoming a co-owner marks an important milestone in his journey, and he is proud to help lead the company’s next chapter with a focus on growth and exceptional service.

Luis

Discipline, growth,
and lasting relationships.

Raised in Marietta, Georgia, Luis learned early the value of hard work, perseverance, and making the most of every opportunity. His journey with Croft Builders Hardware began in 2020 when he joined the company as an employee. Over the years, he worked his way up to Operations Manager and eventually became a co-owner.

Along the way, Luis learned that great businesses are built on more than products—they are built on communication, trust, relationships, and taking care of the people you serve. He is proud to be part of a company that has allowed him to grow personally and professionally while serving its customers.

Outside of Croft, family is everything to Luis. His background in Taekwondo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and other martial arts taught him discipline, leadership, and the importance of never stopping your growth. Becoming a father has given him an even greater reason to build something he can be proud of: a leading American hardware company with lasting customer relationships and a legacy both families can stand behind.
